His crews are small, unregistered day labours. They're not bonded, insured, or covered by any benefits or workers compensation. They are untrained & unsupervised. You won't see the same person working on the same job two days in a row. I found out that I bought the paint, caulking, backer-board, drywall, and various other materials for HIS house. He over-charged my insurance company by about $30,000 for the remodel my home, padding the charges of everything excessively - $50,000 for a $20,000 job - and he didn't even do all the work he said he would. He even got a new truck out of my job! When I paid cash for any other incidentals, I have no idea where the money went as everything should've been processed through my insurance company. And to top it all off the work itself has NOT stood the test of time & substandard materials were used. This contractor is a predator - stay away!
Description of Work: Comprehensive remodel of my home after hurricane Ike, including but not limited to roofing, internal internet & data wiring, painting, drywall, etc.
