Someone picked up the phone when I called vs other places where it was an answering service or directed me to fill out a web form. Gave me same day service the Friday after Thanksgiving vs other places up to 2 weeks away. Have a 2 hour window vs other places up to a 9 hour window.

This is the real surprise. He came in and replaced the freezer mother board at $400.00 and said that would take care of the problem. It didn't. Then he came back and said the ice maker needed replacing and we paid an additional $400.00. That didn't solve the problem either. When we tried to call him back and voice our displesure, he would not return our phone calls. This was a series of many phone calls over a three week period. We then sent a certified letter to the address of his business and that was returned undeliverable. This guy is a con man and can't be trusted to ensure your best interest. We spent $800.00 dollars for repairs on a refridgerator that still has the same problems. That would have been a 1/2 to 1/3 of the price to replace the unit. Buyer Beware!

$40 minimum service call which was included in the $140 repair charge. No parts needed and repair took five minutes. Friendly and courteous. Would use again.
