Crump A/C & Heating

Worst experience ever in decades. My husband and I are senior citizens and he was recovering from a serious surgery. We found out later after the unit kept failing to cool that their installation actually left out parts we were charged for. The worst part is that they lit a welding torch inside my beautiful and immaculate home with an improper oxygen mixture. This caused oil particles to **** out into the air and since my upstairs ac was on, particles of oil went all over my house and carpeting and furniture. The technician saw the hundreds of oil flecks on my white tile entry floor, but they would send no one out to see the damage who was actually in authority. Then a few days later, they refused to accept responsibility (beyond partially paying for some of the cleaning) and also the owner's wife refused to file a claim with their liability insurance company. Also after repeated failure of the repair, we had to hire another company fix their shoddy and half done work. Most unprofessional and dishonest company I've dealt with. The warranty company who sent them filed a partner violation and apologized for all the damage caused after they saw the photos. I'm asking Visa to refund the money I charged on my credit card. I have multiple photos and 42 emails to verify this horrible fiasco. Run run run from this rip off company! Seem like nice people but can't get the repair done right, have shoddy workmanship according to two other companies who looked at the repair, and then do accidental damage to your home that is appalling! And refuse to pay for the damage!!!

We have a vent in our master bedroom that isn't blowing properly. Two AC professionals showed up and were friendly. They went straight to assessing the issue in our attic and came down with two possible solutions. They were swift and informative. Their knowledge put me at ease. We are waiting to get the work done because of financing. However, when we do decide to get it done, we will definitely go through them. :)

I am a member with American Home Shield. They assigned Crump AC and Heating to come to my house. I looked them up on the internet and saw that they were members with Angie's List. I read the one review that they had and was pleased with what I read. I will now ask AHS to assign Crump AC if I ever need AC problems again, and I will recommend them to everyone that ask about AC service.

In the heat of the summer around 3 or 4 pm my ac quit working. I tried to figure it out but I just couldn't. The unit outside would just hum and I was frightened of the potential expense. Oh and it was about 100 degrees that day and we had a little baby so we were panicking. I called Seth from Crump AC around 5pm or so and he told me that he was really busy but he would find a way to get us asap. He showed up a couple hours later and quickly calmed my fears. He told me what was likely wrong and what the cost would be. $125 is all it cost!! I never thought it could possibly be so cheap. He replaced the starting capacitor and tuned up my system. I've always heard horrow stories about ac repairs but I couldn't be more excited that I found such a honest, fairly priced company. I will definitely only be using this company forever. A+++
