Few backyard elements can do more to enhance your outdoor living experience than a shade structure (Pergola or Pavilion). We are an owner operated Texas based business and have been designing and building backyard structures for over 12 years. Whether a pergola, which consists of an open frame providing architectural appeal while creating a sense of enclosure, or a pavilion which consists of a solid roof for greater protection from the sun, "We've got you covered." Our competitive advantage is in the process: -Computer Aided Precision - Pre-engineered and pre-cut timber through a CNC machine -Big Timber Construction with old world timber frame construction such as mortise and tenon and dovetail joinery, structural knee braces and fully housed braces and rafters -Planned timber for a smooth lumber finish -Lasting Finish utilizing 5 oil based stain options -No Ground Contact utilizing simpson anchor plates that are anchored to concrete, not installed in the ground or encased in concrete which only escalates the rotting process. -No Exposed End Grain - The end of a timber or "end grain" is more porous and should not be exposed to the sky where it can accelerate the rotting process. -Hidden Hardware and No Nails Simply put - Timber frame influencing married with furniture like quality.
