Countryside Roofing

Countryside Roofing replaced my roof in December 2021. July of 2023 (less than two years later) my flashing was coming up off of the roof. The roof had come with a 5 year workmanship warranty. I could not get a hold of Countryside Roofing and I had an independent roofer try to nail it back down although he couldn't. He took pictures for me and the flashing installed by Countryside Roofing was not sealed and was leaking water and the sheathing underneath the singles was too soft for nails to stick which indicates it is probably rotted. I called and finally got a hold of Eric of Countryside Roofing and he had me text him the pictures and told me someone would look at it. Did not hear from him until I called back in August. He told me someone again would look at it. No one came. I have called and called and left message after message with no response. It has been months with no contact from Countryside Roofing. Seems like another fly by night roofing company that will not honor their warranty.

Went very well. Brent was very helpful and always returned my calls and or texts. Very professional team.

Work was a little longer than expected. However, it only took longer because there was so much damage on my roof. I would prefer them to take their time to get it done right. And that's what they did. There was plenty of communication, so I always knew what was going on. They took great care of my landscape. Best of all is the quality of material and installation.

Called ahead, arrived on time, did the work, did it well, made a few recommendations for us, and cleaned up.

When contractor left, I assumed he did all the work requested except replacing the chimney cap.  He said he had to order it.  I called him several times and he kept saying he had ordered the chimney cap but it had not come in. 

In January, 2015, I called Mr. Huseby again to tell him about a leak and again ask about the chimney cap.  He didn't give me a chance to state the problem but said he would call me back in 10 minutes.  He never called. 

I hired another roofer.  He had to remove the furnace pipe and roof jack, repair the decking and put new felt base and shingles.  He also had to re-seal the rain collar on the furnace exhaust vent and installed a chimney cap.  Additionally, he removed and replaced "nail-pop" damaged shingles at water heater exhaust vent.

I am requesting a refund from Countryside roofing. 

I had him do a couple of extra things. I have not called him back yet. The work that he did was good. I am disappointed with the chimney cap thing. The price was reasonable. He was very friendly. I did not get everything that I paid for.

Countryside Roofing was contacted to provide us a quote after a home inspection was done during the sell of our home.  Eric gave us a reasonable quote and even met with our insurance company's inspection during our claim review a week later.  The crew working on our roof was quick and did an excellent job replacing the roof and cleaning up.  We were happy with the finished product and with the quality of the materials used.  Eric was very pleasant to work with and would recommend him to others.

Arrived promptly, inspected roof for leak, provided estimate and fixed it.

I had some moisture in my laundry room so i called countryside and they provided very fast response time for a fair price, and they were willing to answer questions and talk about any possible issues.

Came to check roof for leak.  Could not see apparent reason for the wet ceiling.  Went ahead and sealed around vents.
Seemed to be very fair and reasonable.  The cost was for the repair and fan install.

I had a leak in my roof.  I didn't know where the problem was coming from exactly.  When I contacted Eldon via phone, we made an appointment for him to come out and look at it.  When Eldon arrived, he climbed on the roof, found the problem and quoted me a price.  He was able to tell me how old the roof was by looking at it and how much longer the life span was on it.  He didn't feel that the entire roof had to be replaced as a result.  So, he gave me an estimate one day and made the repairs the following day.  He was very professional and very pleasant to boot.  He also made some suggestions on possible future replacement of my roof in case a hail storm or other damaged it.  It was a very easy and stress-free process.

Got someone right away - appointment was made for next day - on time and very personable and did good work - will use again if a roofer is needed - down to earth and honest!

He worked closely with Allstate to ensure a maximum claim (Previously, I had other roofers who were unsuccessful in obtaining a favorable judgement). I received 3 other bids from Angies List roofers, but was more comfortable with Countryside Roofing and his family business and am confident that I received the best value from them. They not only did a first class roof replacement as quoted and on time, they also installed 3 solar attic vents, and replaced some damaged eves and soffits at no additional charge.
