I have a lot of outages and they are pretty good about fixing them. The last time the gentleman went out of his way to replace the cables in the house that he did not need to. He could tell they there were here for about 10 years. I thought that was not nice.

Their internet is good, but the rest of them is not so good. They're getting better, they're updating some of their stuff, but they had told me when I signed the contract that I would be getting the football team that I wanted, but it's really on direct tv, I was under the impression that you get the whole thing but you don't. Their price is higher than it was before. I just don't like them to tell me things and they don't do what they say. The tv is actually very good, they have a prize with their boxes, to where you get more than two shows if you watch one of them, which makes no sense to me, but  I think they're getting better, they just haven't gotten out with the rest of the world yet. They respond very well, but they charge you with everything they do, even if it's something that is outside of the house, I don't think that's right but if you call them, it costs you money. They're very good at what they say, but you got to figure out what they mean instead of what you're interpreting, it's bad because they're like a salesman.

The quality and dependability of the X1 platform is pathetic. Frequent  interruptions to service, lost recordings and slow menu response is among the issues. Way overpriced for the quality.

The installers were prompt and courteous. They helped us learn the Xfinity cable system and how to set up the internet properly. Of course the price is always high, but it is competitive for the area, especially if you purchase one of their advertised deals.
