It took a very long time to do the work. They subcontracted it. The subcontractor was the one that took a very long time and didn't do the work. We got another subcontractor and he claimed that the brand of components that I supplied were defective, which they weren't. They destroyed the components and they said they couldn't be repaired. I was not pleased and I went through a whole cycle of back and forth that it couldn't be repaired. I got recommendations from the manufacturer that it could be repaired but they wouldn't talk to each other. Eventually, the subcontractor didn't know what they were doing. The manufacturer said that it could be repaired. To CJ's credit, they swallowed some costs on that. They supplied some replacement components free of charge but they weren't the same quality I supplied. At the end, I was not pleased with the results and it took too long. It wasn't so much CJ Sounds, but it was the subcontractors problem, but that is part of CJ Sounds job.
