We first bought screens for the back of the house. Cinco was prompt, courteous, and professional in their work. In fact we liked the back screens so much we called about two weeks later and ordered screens for the entire front. And since this was our second order, Cinco gave us a nice discount! We would absolutely recommend this company not only for service, but also for the quality of it's product. It was refreshing to work with this company- good job, Cinco!

They did a really good job. It makes the house a lot cooler on the west side. I can remove the screens and put back the old screens in the winter when the sun is not so bright, so it is nice to have that option. They were very quick and did it in a reasonable amount of time. It is quite easy to take the screens out. The price wasn't bad and I was fine with it because they were large windows. The windows are holding up well after a year and they still look nice. They came and took the measurements and were back within a few days to install. They were very punctual and very professional.

Very responsive. Several calls made updating me on scheduling and when they expect to arrive. They had one problem where they were trying to rescreen the solar screen frames (old). They called me and made me aware of what problems they were having and how I wanted to proceed. Very good communication throughout the bid, manufacture and installation. Screens look good and the roller screen is already paying for itself.

Cinco Solar Screens was punctual when taking measurements, providing quote, delivering and performing installations as scheduled and left my property clean as found. 2 very respectful, prompt, respectful, friendly and knowledgeable staff installed the solar screens.
Their workmanship on the screens was excellent; including perfect curves and semi-circle shapes matches my window design, style, grids and shapes. I will definitely consider them for future services and recommend their services.

Arrived on time. Santiago and 2 other uniformed men arrived to install my patio blinds. I was introduced to everyone and they got on with the job. On completion I was showed how to operate the blinds. I was very pleased with them. Have got quotes now for Solar Screens for my bedroom. If you live in Katy/Cinco Ranch area I highly recommend this company for blinds for your patio and solar screens for windows.

I already had one solar screen (SunTex) on one of my windows. I had an estimate from the provider of that solar screen to do the remaining screens, but to make sure I was getting a good price, I contacted Cinco Solar Screens to compare estimates. Their estimate was a few dollars more expensive. But they did offer a longer warranty on parts and labor (5 yrs versus 1 yr of the other provider). And they did not require any payment upfront. The same guy that provided the estimate, Santiago, was the same guy that came out to install the screens. At my request, he took the time and kindly showed me how to take them off if I needed to (to wash the windows) and left me extra screws just in case I needed them in the future. All in all, it went well, I was very pleased with the result. Definitely the glare inside the house has been diminished considerably, and the view to the outside is not as impaired as I thought it would be. I have not yet had a chance to see the difference in my electric bill yet, but come the summer months, I have a feeling I will be nicely surprised.
