They were professional and competent.  They were good to work with.  I plan to take the vehicle back to them for some continued work this week or next.

The staff at Christian Bros Grand Parkway Katy is excellent and the facility is clean and nice smelling. They were able to complete all my repair work on the same day, provided details and an estimate in advance of starting the work, and provided a shuttle to and from the repair facility.

The car was in and out in one day. They notified my before noon of the recomneded changes and let me know which repairs were and quot;requiredand quot; and which ones I could delay. Once I agreed to the work to be performed, they began right away and were finished by 5:30.

We had issues with our AC, multiple parts were broken. CBA had great customer service by trying to find the cheapest option first that could still be great quality before being required to fully replace the unit. We did end up having to replace the air compressor, but after pricing other auto shops in our area, their prices are fair. We have used them multiple times for oil changes as well - they are always friendly and helpful every time we call or arrive (with appointment or drive in). We use a special kind of oil for our deisel truck, which they are always happy to order for us the day before service if we remember to ask. Wonderful customer service and staff every time we've gone (use them multiple times per year).

They were wonderful. They were very polite. They did a timely repair and we did not have to go back to them for the same think; they did a great job. Their prices were very competitive.

They were very friendly, and they made sure the problem was totally fixed for a reasonable price. Plus they guarantee all their work.

I wasn t too happy with the service I received at Christian Brothers. I took my daughters car in at 8:00 am and it took them until late afternoon to get back to me with an estimate. When they finally did call me, I went ahead and let them do the work because it had been there all day. Then it took them three days to do the work because he said he was busy. Everyday that I called they were polite about it and did explain to me why it was taking so long.

We had first called Christian Bros. for a tow. The gentleman that answered the phone said they didn't have a towing service but he was headed on his lunch break and would stop and see what he could do. It was the battery. He got it started and wouldn't accept any money. We had just moved to the area and were not familiar with any of the auto services in the area. We were so happy to find a great mechanic. We brought two other cars to their shop and were very pleased with the service and look forward to working with them in the future.

THE COMPANY DID THE JOB FOR $200 LESS THAN THE ORIGINAL DEALER WANTED. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT. THEY KEPT US INFORMED AS TO THEIR PROGRESS. THEY FOLLOWED UP WITH A CALL, A MONTH LATER TO VERIFY THAT THE CAR WAS RUNNING WELL. THIS IMPRESSED ME VERY MUCH.
