These guys relocate leaves from the property they are working on to our property and into the street. Fifteen minutes of air and noise pollution just to relocate leaves. I tried to say something to him and got back a mouthful of Mexican and the leaf blower pointed at me. They are rude and do not speak English.
Description of Work: Yard cleaned and leaves picked up. But they don't do that.
It was time for summer service trimming and mulching. I had used the same lawn service for about 5 years, they sold last summer, and I just did not have the level of confidence in the new people. I came home one day, Mr. Cano was next door doing an estimate, and I stopped and visited with him. I like his professionalism and asked him to look at my yard when he was finished. I had already had three other companies come out in the past 3 weeks and did really feel comfortable with them. Therefore, Cano Landscaping was like a breath of fresh air. He gave me a price right on the spot and scheduled a tentative time for the work to begin which was in 2 weeks. They were very prompt, the shredded cedar mulch smelled heavenly. They proceeded to trim the over grown plants and he pointed out that several plants were in the wrong locations and would do better in other locations (I have to take the credit for planting those in the wrong spot) and he moved them AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE! He and his people took great care around my Koi pond as he had originally promised. There was one little accident a sprinkler head was loped off when they were retrenching, he took responsibility for it and let me know that it would be repaired before they left that day. When the job was finished, we ran the sprinkler system to make sure everything was in working order and added a couple more heads for better coverage. I asked about weekly service, they work in my area on Monday, and Tuesday, they started the following week. The very best part, in years past after the big spring/summer clean up everything looked naked and this time it just look very well groomed.
