Buyer's Choice Real Estate Inspections

We used this company, owned by Charlie Huffman, 5 years ago to inspect our new home. Amazing even though a home is brand new the problems that cannot be seen by the homeowner just by doing a simple walk thru. Charlie found a number of issues, reported them clearly, provided a printed report which included pictures also. We simply were able to present the report to our builder in order to have all the problems taken care of before we moved into our new home. Just recently, we purchased another home, and used Charlie again. We already knew the type of service he would provide. Again, a job well done! He explains each problem thoroughly and can even provide a homeowner with good tips too.  He shows up on time, is courteous and very professional.  We would definitely recommend him for a thorough and excellent home inspection.

This is the second house I've had Charlie inspect - the first purchase fell through. Charlie has been inspecting houses for a long time and has a lot of experience in pointing out things large and small that a home buyer should be aware of.  He makes specific recommendations in his reports and captures photos of the items which are deficient so they can be seen by both the seller and the buyer.  Inspections usually last about 2 hours and he's a wealth of knowledge.  He also works with some great contractors who can help fix the items he reports.

CHARLIE WAS EXCELLENT. I WASN'T GOING TO SHOW UP FOR THE INSPECTION BECAUSE MY REALTOR SAID IT WOULD SLOW HIM DOWN. CHARLIE CALLED ME UP, AND ASKED THAT I COME OUT SO HE COULD WALK ME THROUGH SOME THINGS. HE WAS GENUINELY INTERESTED IN TALKING ME THROUGH THE FEATURES OF THE HOUSE. HIS REPORT CAME VIA EMAIL LATER THAT DAY, AND HE DID A FANTASTIC JOB INCLUDING EVERYTHING THAT SHOULD BE. HOWEVER, HE COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB EXPLAINING THINGS IN LESS TECHNICAL TERMS.
