They are punctual and efficient. They get the work done with out wasting time or cutting corners. Have had great luck with no bug issues at all the homes we use them at. I recommend them for all my termite inspections.

The service was performed and the tech asked if we had any other problems ...He addressed and completed our service..We have used Bugs for years and have always had good service..

The Bug man was very professional and through. He did an excellent job and was very pleasant and explained what he was doing and why. We haven't had any problems in the week that has passed and there were no unpleasant odors.

I've used Bugs Incorporated for a couple of years, and have been very pleased with their service. They turn up punctually and are knowledgable. They are very considerate to my pets, and give good feedback on keeping them safe. My last property I used them every quarter, and they were really good at following up on this schedule, chasing me discreetly to get the appointment lined up - I'm very busy and struggle with getting around to making appointments, and hence love this trait in them. Bought a new house recently, and switched to a new pest control due to very warm recommendation from realtor. Regretted it straight away - the new guy used a spray that left marks on the floor and didn't have the same neat, professional approach of Bugs Incorporated. Also noticed bugs coming back a lot faster. Now I am going back to Bugs Incorporated!

We have used this company for many years and have never had a problem with their service. They are on time, sometimes ahead of time, very nice techs come out to spray. We have taken bugs to their office for them to look at and explain what it is and come spray if needed for that particular bug.

They come when they say they are going to come, and they get the job done fairly quickly. I have been satisfied with their services.

They call me when it is time for service and set up an appointment at my convenience. They are prompt and professional. Quality, friendly service at a reasonable price. Can't beat that!

I pay them $60 every quarter to do the spraying. They call to remind me when it is time to spray and ask what day would work best with my schedule for them to come out. They are a very reliable company. They are always careful of my flowers and shrubs.

The technician was really nice, and took his time answering my questions. He reassured me that if it didn't work he would come out again to get it done.

Bugs Inc are very nice professional people who spray my home and yard about every three months. I have used their pest control services for about eight years and never had a problem. They are always on time and promise if anything shows up they will come back out to spray again fee of charge. The company is very knowledgeable in there business and we are pleased with their price

There is not much to say about the service. They only come once a year & I do not seem to have any problems in between. What really happens here I guess is that they basically come &take care of any problems I may have. I pay them & everybody seems to be happy. It was a pretty good experience if you ask me.
