Our process from the beginning to the end is hassle free and gives you the results you are looking for in the comfort of your home or business. Being able to view the products on site enables you to choose colors and fabrics with confidence! Once your product is ordered it is time to install your new window coverings, our expert installers will make sure they fit right and look beautiful. "I am so sorry for your disappointment. Our goal is to have satisfied happy customers and we value your business. In reviewing this review (3 years old, did not see this previously). I see that we charged $25 for the magnets which is what we are charged for them, and $75 for the trip charge to send a service technician out to replace the magnets (a total of $100). It actually looks like we sent the shutter manufacturer to replace these for you and this is their standard charge. Magnets can lose their glue over time in windows that get extreme sun. Many customers ask us to mail them and replace them themselves. I am sorry we didn't have the opportunity to serve you in your new home and would love another chance if the need ever arises."
