.The job isn't even complete, there are holes all in it and it needs redone. I had the brochure from the manufacturer on how to caulk my kitchen sink and they disregarded it and did the job incorrectly. There was less than 6 feet of area needing caulked and they charged $130. I even gave them a chance to make it right and they wouldn't even come out and look at it. They only refunded $30 out of over $300 they charged.

replacing the washers entailed unscrewing a phillips head screw and unscrewing a 1/2" bushing on hose bib - total time was approx. 60 seconds each... Charge was an unbelievable $50 each (or $100 total)!!! that's works out to a labor rate of $3000/hr!!! I will NEVER use these people again!!! If I need a valve replaced I get a heart surgeon - he'd probably be cheaper!!!

We initially had called another company because a contractor had damaged the incoming water line to our house. The other company came and gave me an estimate. He started to work and then about 20 later he said that it would cost me more. So I told him to stop because the price was a little bit higher. My neighbor suggested Bob?s plumbing. He came out the next day and basically took care of it for a much lower price than the other gentleman.

They called and asked if I was available for them to come on over, earlier that scheduled appt. date. They asked me to describe problem, they evaluated it then explained what they believed was the issue. They told me what they would do to correct it and what that would involve and fully answered all my questions. They cleaned out my shower drain and offered further info. on keeping all my drains clear.

They were able to diagnose the problem quickly, it takes about 20-30 minutes to fix. They have fair prices.

1. Plumber came and unblocked the toilet (child's toy was to blame!). Showed husband what tool to buy at the hardware store so he could do it himself next time! 2. Had 2 running toilets which were annoying, wasteful, and running up the water bill. Plumber came and explained due to the age of the actual toilet (12 years) he no longer had the part in stock. Gave quote to replace whole toilet, but also suggested we search the local hardwares stores or the internet to see if we could source the part ourselves. We did find it at Lowe's and husband fixed it himself. Only paid for call out charge of $30. 3. Husband had replaced the faucets in the master bathroom, but got stuck with the tub due to bizarre pipe sizing. Tim (plumber) came out and fixed it with a specialized part. Took 45 mins. including a run to the plumbing store. Very polite, and friendly. Even removed his shoes on entering the house. 4. Following a house inspection, comments were made about possible low pressure and the hot water heater. Tim (plumber) came out next day, checked the system and the heater, and wrote up a short report to say nothing was wrong. Paid $30 for a call out charge. Bob's have always been out within 1-2 days, call before coming, and give a price without been prompted. Hope we can find as good service in our new location!
