Researched carpet cleaning on Angie's List. Initially tried contacting another service but no answer. Since a neighbor at the end of my street was driving a BMF van I decided to call. Was quoted a $200 price by the office and able to schedule cleaning for the next day. My neighbor, Moises, along with a helper arrived on time Both were very professional and friendly. They quickly and efficiently cleaned 4 bedrooms, hallway, and stairs. Although I did not know Moises before the service he gave me a $50 neighbor discount! My bill came to $151.00. Great job, great service - definitely would use again and highly recommend to others.

The service technicians were very professional. They showed up on time we went over all the major areas of the carpet that required additional cleaning. I have been using BMF for over 5 years and have always had excellent service and our carpets look great after each cleaning.

BMF called to tell me they would be late, so no problem. They did an excellent job cleaning carpets in rental house. They even protected the wood floors with padded tarps.

They did a great job with the cleaning and were very nice. The owner listened to and took care of all my concerns when I was on the phone with him and he actually came out 3 times to make sure the crew members were doing what I needed. To get the work done by the time I needed it he added on an additional crew member at no extra cost. I even bought them pizza I liked them so much! These guys are great.
