 + -1 moreTerrible- way overpriced and they did not even fix my son's TREK. They made the gears much worse.
Description of Work: Had four bikes tuned up & one bike needed new tires. We made the mistake of not getting a quote prior to getting the work done. Each tune up was sixty dollars. (all very nice bikes in great condition) Two tires were seventy dollars. One bike they claimed needed a new cable too. After having our bikes one full week to get the work done, one bike (the one they changed the cable on) came back profoundly worse than when we dropped it off. The gears no longer shifted and while pedaling the gears even locked up.....TERRIBLE! I only gave them one rating of D because they did offer to fix it right away if we brought it back. No apology......shocking a bike store can do a repair and return a bike back worse than when they got it. Absolute worst bike service ever. Hopefully when we go out of our way to bring it back, they can actually fix it. At $400 in service fees, I would have went elsewhere & bought a beautiful brand new bike. Waste of time. :(

 + -1 moreThe people that work there are very friendly and eager. They got the bike out to me faster than they quoted. You can see them working on your bike in the back of the store.
