Galen Beede is licensed and insured and very professional. He and Peter (assistant) arrived on schedule and worked very diligently, finishing when they had promised. Galen had already explained what was needed (and patiently answered all my questions) and had brought everything with him to complete the job. Galen clearly showed his knowledge and expertise by the efficiency and attention to detail. He checked to make sure everything was running correctly. My AC works flawlessly and is much quieter also. I recommend Galen Beede without reservation. He is honest, trustworthy, and gives excellent customer service. There were no hidden fees or surprises; the price he had quoted was what I paid. Oh, and they laid down cloths, so there was no mess! He is also a very good person, who cares about quality and about his customers.

The whole experience was great. Galen is top notch in every way. He's reliable, hard working, friendly and honest. Galen came out and checked our AC when it was not cooling properly. He found some issues with the way the builder installed my units and corrected those. He also suggested due to the dust we complained about in the house to install a Large Media Filter that is near the AC in the attic, so it would catch all the dust as it is sucked in. Wow! Very pleased. He then checked all the systems, topped of the "fluids" (at least that's what I took it as) and made sure it was good to go... Took care to not dirty our house when going through to the attic and took the time to explain everything. He even comes all the way across town past Kingwood to work on my stuff!

Galen Beede and his men replaced all my ductwork (even in a steepled house with back side not assessable in attic. Replaced all the work with high quality parts, clean and quick. A very reasonable price. Would highly recommend this company.

Quick Service, Quality Work, and Reasonable Price. We had family coming in from out of town and we noticed the upstairs unit wasn't cooling off. We called Beede AC and Heating in the late evening (well after normal business hours) and he responded early the next morning. He was able to squeeze us in between his other appointments that same day. He arrived on time and was very professional. He thoroughly checked our system, fixed the problem, and even gave us tips to help our system run more efficiently. Thank you Galen!!
