Called several locksmiths in the area. B&B by far took the most time to consider my needs, came in at a reasonable price and provided prompt and courteous service. Would absolutely recommend that you use B&B.

My phone call was answered on the first ring and a tech was immediately scheduled. Mr Zac arrived within the hour. He understood the situation and immediately began working. He was very professional and completed the job soon. The price charged was the same as the phone quote.

The door lock was a keypad entry and it took about twenty min. to unlock but the locksmith used every trick he knew and did get it. The young man was very polite, very professional and knew his job well.

Called on Monday and setup the work for Wednesday. Matthew from B & B Locksmiths arrived about 8 minutes early, which is spot on in my book. He talked with us about the job, made a plan and got to work right away. Work was quite efficient and well-planned, overall very professional. We were quite happy with the experience. Pricing was clear and organized, and made sense.

I called and Zach came an hour later. I cannot believe what great service I received!!! Zach did a great job! He's very professional! This is the first time I had a locksmith come and do the job right! Others have always left things not smooth or jiggly. I don't know how else to put it. lol Great service and they are now my new locksmith service!!!

Raymond was amazing. My safe was extremely difficult to defeat but Raymond toughed it out and got it open. I figured the safe would be destroyed but he was able to install another lock with a lot of customizing effort. This company is the real deal! I really appreciate it when I find true professionals.

I called and scheduled the work to be done the very next day. The locksmith showed up promptly and got to work. He carefully disassembled all my locks, cleaned and oiled the mechanical parts, and put them back together. I had my house rekeyed and made extra keys cut. He also checked to make sure that my deadbolts were firmly seated in the frame. Quick and thorough job.

I messaged B&B through Angie’s List on a Friday morning, by Friday afternoon I had an appointment set for Monday. The day of, the technician called within the window and arrived within the time he said. He came in and changed all of our locks and also changed a faceplate on our front door for added security. Everything was done timely and they left us with 4 new keys. Great experience!

It went extremely well. Dave researched the handset to find it because it wasn't an easy one to find. He ordered it and it was installed in a little over a week from the original service call. They are very professional. I definitely recommend these people.
