Plumbing
Wesley from As You Wish Plumbing repaired two leaks for us. His hourly rate to repair leaks is $160/hr. We looked at his reviews on Angie's List, but did not contract through Angie's List and were charged $18.49 for Home Advisor Fee. Apparently Angie's List is owned by Home Advisor. I told him the bathroom faucet was leaking on the hot water side, but the cold water was fine. He replaced both cartridges without approval to replace the cold water. He will email you an invoice, it's all electronic so make sure you ask to look at his tablet to avoid surprises.
