Aquatic Solutions of Texas

In my opinion Aquatic Solutions pool company in Katy Tx, turned out to be not entirely honest. We were in the bidding stage for our pool when things went horribly wrong. We had to upgrade our pump room equipment and asked Aquatic Solutions for a new bid, their bid was very high, it was obvious they did not back out the first pump room equipment bid. I pointed it out to Aquatic Solutions and they refused to acknowledge it so I let them know I would get other industry professionals to look at it and get a few other pool proposals. The other professionals looked at Aquatic Solutions bid and the thing I understood them to say was that they too speculated that Aquatic Solutions did not back out of the original pump room equipment. I had never signed anything with Aquatic Solutions to act in my companies behalf or purchase things in my companies behalf. When I informed Aquatic Solutions they were no longer in the running to build my companies pool Aquatic Solutions then told me they had purchased piping for my pool and that my company owed Aquatic Solutions for the pipe and other time they said they were working on my companies behalf. At no time did my company give Aquatic Solutions any expressed or written consent to work on my companies behalf.
