In my opinion Aquatics Solutions pool company turned out to be not entirely honest. We were in the bidding stage for our pool when things went horribly wrong. We had to upgrade our pump room equipment and asked Aquatic Solutions for a new bid, their bid was very high, it was obvious they did not back out the first pump room equipment bid. I pointed it out to Aquatic Solutions and they refused to acknowledge it so I let them know I would get other industry professionals to look at it and get a few other pool proposals. The other professionals looked at Aquatic Solutions bid and the thing I understood them to say was that they too speculated that Aquatic Solutions did not back out of the original pump room equipment. I received two proposals to bid on my pool, one was from a commercial pool builder and they came in at 60k lower and the other was not a commercial builder and their bid came it at 20K lower than Aquatic Solutions. I had never signed anything with Aquatic Solutions to act in my companies behalf or purchase things in my companies behalf. When I informed Aquatic Solutions they were no longer in the running to build my companies pool Aquatic Solutions then told me they had purchased piping for my pool and that my company owed Aquatic Solutions for the pipe and other time they said they were working on my companies behalf. At no time did my company give Aquatic Solutions any expressed or written consent to work on my companies behalf.

They did a very good job. They made a 3D image of it and showed me how it would look. He gave me an estimate and stuck to the plans.

We hired Aquatic Solutions of Texas for building swimming pool in 2015. My friend gave reference for Fadi and we also had quotes from other contractors. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of workmanship. Fadi is very professional and gives advise which are suitable for your interest. He built our pool within our budget and exactly how we wanted. He was always available to answer our queries. We get many compliments for our pool whenever we do backyard parties.

We had our pool installed a couple of years ago and they did an outstanding job! More importantly the follow up customer service and the attention to detail on our project since the day of installation has been outstanding. I highly recommend!!

I just had my pool built last November. I used Aquatic Solutions of Texas. I contacted them through homeadvisor.com because of other excellent reviews. Then, I found out that a neighbor 2 houses down have known the owner for years and have done other projects as well. Their feedback was very positive too. Fadi is a great professional and authentic guy. There were no surprises from day one through the duration of the project. His initial pool concept proposal didn't require any modifications, since he knew exactly what we wanted. My wife and I couldn't be happier about the whole project and are very pleased with the final product.

They were very professional, responsive to our needs, flexible to accommodate our busy schedules and finished the pool in the promised time frame within our budget. They did a superb job and exceeded our expectations. They are highly recommend.

I am absolutely thrilled with the work that Aquatic Solutions did for me. They are prompt, professional, reasonably priced (I met with 4 other companies and their prices were fair), and very very good at what they do. The owner was very good to deal with and they made us a beautiful patio, better than what we thought. I was unsure at first as I normally go with recommendations for these kinds of projects but I went out on a limb on this one and it definitely paid off.
