Aquatec did a fantastic job. They were able to get rid of the stains on our carpets, rug, and couches and the tile also looked great. There are a few spots on the rug that they couldn't get out but I don't blame them for at least trying their best. The softness is back on our rug and the carpets look brand new. It took overnight for everything to fully dry but I was amazed on the overall improvement on everything. They were kind of enough to apply all their specials that they were running and they were clear on everything that they were going to do. We are planning on using them for our air ducts since they did a great job cleaning.

The technician was extremely professional and worked non-stop. He steam-cleaned my bathroom floor first and then used a powerful fan to dry the floor while he cleaned my sofas. I have white tile and grout that I was unable to get clean enough via traditonal cleaning methods. He did an excellent job and my floor sparkles now. My 2 sofas look and smell great. 1 is red micro-fiber and the other is a large sectional. He pretreated stained areas, vacuumed and was very thorough during the cleaning process. The products he used worked for each fabric without damaging the color or texture.
I will definitely use this company again. I am very pleased with the results.
