+ -1 moreAnthony helped me design and layout the patio with choice of materials & finishes. He assisted with the approval process from H.O.A. by providing drawings and all needed materials. Anthony also met with one of the board members to discuss the overall scope of work & impact on subdivision. He took personal interest in doing a first-class job for me and kept me informed throughout the entire project. Progress reporting and payment schedule was well-defined and in accordance with agreement. As this was my first construction project, I appreciated Anthony's warm and friendly nature and honesty, which in turn gave me confidence that I had selected the best contractor.
Description of Work: Constructed a a new back and side patio and cover in Western red cedar. Patio was connected to my existing home. Overall design included three (3) trellis, a porch swing and custom staining and cabinetry. New gutters with two rain chains were installed to coordinate with my Japanese Garden. Additional work included: moved sprinkers, electrical outlets, relocated hose faucet, installed two ceiling fans and a door chime. Inside projects included: Converted my attic to a storage loft, painted my master bedroom, updated phone, cable & internet system, In summary, Anthony Lewis is a "Go-To-Guy" for all construction, repairs, modifications, installations, electrical, plumbing and general maintenance.
