Removed all the old shingles. They even removed the old satellite dish that the previous cable provider had left behind.
Installed new felt and installed all new shingles.
Installed new flashing, primed and painted the roof vents
After the work was completed, they removed all the discarded material and
spent time to clean up all around the house (and even a few pieces that had
gone into the swimming pool). They even had metal detectors to find any nails
that were in the property.
Overall, they did an excellent job; and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking
a new roof or for roofing repairs.
