This is the second time we've used Keith Jones for Alum-A-Line solar screens; last year we had the front of the house done, which faces west. The product has proven itself in our reduced cooling bill!
Mr. Jones came out in mid-May to get our second order, and was professional & informative, as he was before. His quote was comparable to last year, with a minor price increase like most other products. The only negative this time - and it was surprising! - was lack of response to our two phone calls requesting a delivery date. The delay was explained later, but there should have been some response sooner. Mr. Jones admitted his business was booming and he was bringing in more help.
As with the last installation, Mr. Jones was quick & professional in his work - he doesn't even need to come in the house to do the job, so no mess. He did come in to address the gapping at the bottom of the screens, caused by the unevenness of our window sills. After making on-the-spot adjustments, he recommended weatherstripping for the remaining gaps. Another well-done installation job!
