Called Allied (Jim) early this morning. He got Rodney and June out at about 4 pm the same afternoon. They diagnosed the problem on sight (leakage through the heads), then sent through the valves (7) to determine which one was the issue - valve locations were not as predictable and visible - they used the "finder sticks" to trace to the problem, dug it up with care (too many communication wires in the yard to be haphazard or too aggressive), found how the diaphragm involved was compromised, replaced it, tested the fix via flows, water pressures for a correct fix that did not leak, cleaned up the area of the replaced valve before departing.

It went very well. Rocky was very nice and they were very thorough. They spent time going over everything and making sure it was all perfect.
