Accurate Air Conditioning And Heating

TERRIBLE.  Took them coming out 3 times and then finally having another company come before it was really fixed.  Everytime they came it was WAY past my window of time...mainly came LATE at night.  First they identified the problem then the tech took over 24 hours before he submitted his report to the home warranty company so they could approve them to order the part, then it was a nightmare trying to figure out where the part was, then they came out and replaced it but did not have all necessary parts to finish the job.  Then they came back out, but didn't do a good job welding it so the A/C only worked for 24 hours then because of the leak it stopped working.  They were going to have me wait another few days before someone came back out.  Called Pro Air and they were out in 24 hours and fixed it immediately.  They are not a member of BBB and now I know why.  If you have a home warranty company please save yourself the hassle and tell them not to use Accurate AC.  This whole ordeal took almost 3 weeks, in the middle of the summer (I have 2 young children), but they didn't seem to care!!

It has not gone well thus far. They have left us on hold for seemingly endless periods of time. After having confirmed with one representative that our issue is on emergency status, it seems that is not the case. The temperatures have been extremely high in Dallas, and this presents serious health risks if they do not follow through with the work. The company has also been informed that a resident of the house has a medical condition.
