I needed a pool Maintenance Company that was trustworthy to keep the pool healthy and safe.  I was very lucky my co-worker was able to refer me to an honest and trustworthy company name A&M Charles. Maintaining the pool can be a tedious job and very expensive, but it's an important part of keeping the pool sparkling clean and safe for the family and guests.  Mr. Charles wrote down everything that was included for the pool maintenance service, but I miss placed the paperwork.  I will try to remember Mr. Charles checked the chemical level, checked the equipment, empty baskets, vacuumed the pool, filter backwash, added chemicals and balance the PH levels.  I believe that's all.  Mr. Charles did a thorough job.  I recommend him to family, friends and anyone looking for pool and spa service.

Aside from above comments, he was and always has been, very courteous, cordial, timely, honest and informative.  I would trust him with my children if I had any.  Very amenable to any comments, suggestions or criticisms (only been constructive criticisms in terms of particular ways we wanted something done - he never had a problem with whatever we wanted to be done so long as it was not going to affect negatively the workings of the pool) .  Highly recommend him!
