Several companies had come to fix the air conditioner and eventually stated that she would need to have it replaced. Sabry Eskander came out and was able to fix it. He is very honest.

We'd recently bought an older home so wanted the A/C units thoroughly checked. 5 Star gave us an in-depth description of each unit. They made some recommendations which we took. We signed up for their service contract. Later we needed to move a thermostat. It was from the 1980's, therefore, they installed a new one and in a more appropriate location. They lowered their price when they realized the work was more easlily accomplished than anticipated. We appreciated that they took the time to explain what needed to be done and why. While they had a professional opinion about what needed to be done, there was no pressure to buy. We anticipate a long and happy relationship with 5 Star.
