The service was exceptional from start to finish. The flooring product is very high quality enginerred hardwood from Regal Flooring. It's a family run business and you deal directly with the owners. They are very honest and everything is straight forward. The installation took 2 days and they used 10 bags of leveling. They moved furniture, removed carpet and prepared the floor on the first day. The installed the floor, transitions and quarter rounds and moved furniture back on the second day. They painted the quarter round to match the base board. All the transitions are stained quality hardwood. They used high quality glue and their work is excellent.
