3D Pools & Landscapes Inc

We met 3D Pools and Landscape at a home show and invited them to our home to provide an estimate on installing a pool and doing some landscaping. We first met in August, and our first in-home visit was October. We spent nearly 2 hours with Dale, in our home, discussing options, pricing, ideas, designs, etc. Our next step was to receive plans and an estimate. When we didn't hear from Dale after a week, we contacted him to ask when we could expect to receive design plans and an estimate. Dale responded that he would contact us the next day - that was nearly a week ago. We don't mind waiting - we just want to know what to expect. If we need to wait 3 weeks - tell us. I don't feel that 3D Pools and Landscape has earned my money. Needless to say, we are looking elsewhere.
