Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Mr. Norman came out immediately when called and made difficult repairs to our outside AC unit. I say 'difficult' because the prior company that had repaired the unit had done so improperly and created several challenging problems to trouble shoot. When our unit malfunctioned the next day, Mr. Norman was back out immediately to investigate. He then made additional repairs at his expense, and these repairs were 100% effective. In the world of AC repair, it is is now unfortunately extremely rare to find someone who is honest and works with pride and integrity. Mr. Norman is one such individual.
