Do not use Pepper Air. They are a dishonest company and take advantage of you in an emergency situation. John performed work on my unit without my consent or giving me a quote. Then handed me a bill for $2000 to add freon and dye. John and Patrick will rip you off. They will lie to you about what is needed and overcharge you so they can make more money. Horrible company with horrible people.

They are a very small company.  We wanted a Lennox system and they had that brand exclusively.  The job went great.  They were fast and the job was done in half day or a little more than that.  The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.  The price was competitive and on par with others.  They were on time.
