I called to schedule an appointment with Mr. Appliance on 8/20/2013. I was told that I would receive an email that afternoon alerting me to my appointment time. I called at 5pm because I did not receive an email and was worried that perhaps he was not coming. I was told that the emails are not sent until late at night for the next day. I got the email (and I am giving the benefit of the doubt here) about an hour before they showed up at my house.
My daughter met them there (they were rude to her), she is an adult, not a child and perfectly able to work an oven. He made the comment that perhaps we "just didn't know how to use the oven". Even his assistant stated that he could not believe he was being so rude. That's something when your own employee observes you are behaving poorly.
Today (8/27/2013) I had to spend more money to get a certified whirlpool technician out to fix the problem, and surprise to Mr. Appliance! The control board is out! The Temp Sensor is out. They tested the equipment and found the problem.
I WILL NEVER USE MR. APPLIANCE AGAIN!
