This company does not know what they are doing . Asked to get a metal roof and apparently they had never done one before but he insisted he had ( Russel Breaux) after nine months with leaks throughout the house And tons of repairs we had to replace roof .

In the beginning, the company was fast and friendly. Things were done on time and when they said they would be done. However, shortly after another rainstorm came through Dallas. Water was literally coming down the inside walls by the chimney. Seems as though the roofers forgot to seal the flashing around the chimney. Ruined the inside dry way and ceiling. Water soaked the carpets. Made three attempts with the owner Russ Breaux to get it fixed. When he finally came to my house, he told me it was the mortar of the brinks on the chimney that was causing the leaks. Had to call another company to come seal around the chimney. Have not had any problems since and the "mortar" has not been touched before or since. Refused to pay for damages. Company that repaired Horizon's shortfall even attested to the fact it was Horizon's fault for not sealing it properly.

I was recommended to this company by my insurance agent. The 3 person crew did an excellent job, cleaned up well, stayed within estimate & there was a lot of good follow-up with the owner.
