Description of Work: I contracted with Henderson Propane to replace my existing vendor who was overcharging me and ignoring my instructions about delivery. Henderson was most helpful in making sure that I fully understood all costs and fees involved up front, and now that all is said and done, I'm buying propane at a 30% savings! It's always a good idea to shop around occasionally for goods and services, and Angie's List and Henderson Oil and Gas Co. are prime examples of how important it is to compare prices.  + -1 moreLisa at Henderson Oil & Propane originally contacted me out of concern as my propane plumbing problem had been referred to her from other companies I'd called, but who unfortunately don't service my area. Attempts to get my then current propane company to help had been useless and a cold weather front was coming in. Her genuine concern and help caused me to hire Henderson Oil & Propane for my propane needs. Service was rendered promptly, professionally, and at a reasonable cost. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable, and again, very prompt. Customer Service is very important to me and theirs has been excellent. (I'm still waiting for return calls for service from the old company I'd used for 12 years). I highly recommend Henderson Oil and Propane Co.
Description of Work: Disconnected and relocated former company's propane tank, installed and filled new tank, checked gas appliances in home to ensure proper functioning and safety.

 + -1 moreI don't even know that they are there; they come in and get the job done; the bill comes later. It is pretty fair and I have not had any problems; it is all handled online.
Description of Work: I use Henderson Oil & Propane for propane sales and service. They provide propane for a tank at one of my airplane hangars.

 + -1 moreOngoing service to keep our LP tank full. We rarely see them, but have the peace of mind that we don't have to worry about running out of LP, which is really nice - one less thing we have to keep track of. Very reliable and never any problems.
