Chad did part of the landscaping work, collected the entire balance, and never finished the work. He failed to reroute the sprinkler system, resulting in several dead plants. Despite multiple promises on his part to come back and finish the work, he didn't. And he kept all the money.
Chad was also contracted at the same time to replace all the tile in the shower and Jacuzzi tub area. His work was jaw-droppingly amateurish. Huge gaps between tiles, misaligned tiles, overcut tiles, broken tiles - you name it, he did it. He admitted himself how crummy the job was, and blamed his workers for it. But we weren't about to let him try again. The entire job had to be torn out and re-done by another contractor. The high point of Chad's lousy work was his completely plugging the shower drain with tile grout, to the point the new contractor had to tear out part of the floor to replace the drain pipe. Chad was clearly in over his head. He also cleaned his tools in our newly landscaped patio area (see above), so there was grout all over the patio and garden area and the fence surrounding the patio.
Again, Chad promised to make things right, then disappeared with his money. Despite multiple efforts, we haven't heard from him in months.
Bottom line, DO NOT USE CHAD NULL FOR ANYTHING!!!
