Bath Tub Repair n Refinish

They came out to refinish my fiberglass shower insert. The quality was very poor. It had smudge marks in it, globs of the finish that weren't smoothed out, it was chipping, and drip marks. The website state they have a warranty on their work but don't believe that. If you contact them the claim they don't service your area anymore, even if they were there a month ago. I finally got them to come out and the guy who showed up scraped the finish of with his fingernail (I'm pretty sure it supposed to be harder than that) and then said he didn't have enough time to repair it. Try calling the Jose and the comments and remarks he said to me are beyond unprofessional. Don't waste your money or time on this company. Poor quality, unprofessional, and false statements on their website about a warrant. Save yourself the stress and expense and go with someone else.

Found crack in shower floor. Hired business to repair it. Spoke with person on the phone, and we agreed they would added support under the shower and repair the crack. The represented said the work would have a warranty. The day of the repair came. The worker that did the repair was not the person I spoke with. I reiterated what was agreed on to the worker. Shower looked good after the repair. When asked about the re-enforcement, the worker said he didn't added the re-enforcement (he didn't elaborate why he didn't add it). About a month goes by and we notice the same crack in the shower. I have tried contacting the business multiple over the last five months both through phone call and text. Phone go to voice mail, and I never get a call back. Text get no response other than and automated text "Can I call you later?" but never hear back.

He did repair the crack in the tub, but after 2 weeks the tub cracked again. He give you a 1 year warranty. I tried to call him to come back and repair it, he doesn't answer his phone calls anymore and he keep sending texts saying that he will take care of it, but he never fixed it or gave me my money back.. Beware of the warranty he give you, He never honored the warranty..

Not pleased with initial quality of work. Bubbling and pitting of coating. Initial service was performed on 09/11/19. After multiple requests and attempts to have problem resolved, the defect was finally corrected on 10/02/2019.

Went great, much more work than I expected, but they did a fantastic job. Results are everything and this company delivered the most excellent work. Definitely would hire again.

I was referred to Bath Tub Repair n Refinish by a co-worker and I am 100% satisfied by their work, professionalism, and price. Pepe always returned calls and answered all my questions. Pedro did a wonderful job and explained everything I needed to know. He came in did the job and left the bathroom clean if not cleaner than when he went in. Would definitely recommend them.

I was amazed at how wonderful the finished product looked, especially since it didn't take very much time! I had some rust spots and a large gouge on the tub decking and I can't even tell where they used to be! I did not have them refinish the white tile surround as I had recently re-grouted it and it seemed to be in good shape, but I now regret this because the tub is such a crisp clean white color so it makes the older white tiles look very dingy. Lesson learned for next time I will have them refinish the entire thing. I was very pleased with this company overall, especially their very affordable pricing, so I will definitely use them again in the future.

It went very well! Explained what they would do and that there would be some fumes for awhile which would dissipate and how long to wait before using and how to clean! They protected everything and cleaned up after the work was completed. Very courteous and answered our questions! See photos. Lighting is casting a shadow but the tub is a pure white!
