I was extremely happy with the quick, professional response.  I had several concerns with the performance of my desktop computer.  He quickly resolved these issues.  I will not hesitate to call them back when the need arises.  Very polite young man. 

Called Eduardo yesterday and he scheduled me today.  Called when he was on his way and arrived at scheduled time.  Went straight to work and didn't mind the help my dogs were trying to give him.  If I could give him an A+, I would.  Cleaned up my mess and even checked out a laptop.  Can't thank you enough.

It went awesome! Eduardo came to our house, picked up the computer and fixed my macbook's screen for much cheaper than Apple offered to. He also installed a Solid State drive on my laptop. Restored my old files and had me ready to go. I highly recommend his company.

Growing up in the area of technology doesn't mean I am the best when it comes to fixing problems... I noticed my Mac Book was having severe issues to the point that it was no longer functional. As most are aware, Apple computers are not the most inexpensive computer brand out on the market. I was panicking on how to fix my laptop. I came across Awaken 2 Media and wanted to try out the service. Eduardo was very kind and informational throughout the process. He diagnosed the malfunction and gave me solutions. He worked with me on prices and I can guarantee I had the best rate out there. He replaced my hard drive within a few days turn around span and now my computer is back to new! 

Graphic Design/ Printing:

I have used Awaken 2 Media on several occasions in the areas of graphic design and printing. The turn around process was very quick and efficient. I was able to throw out ideas to Eduardo and he was able to give me multiple options to chose from. Printing costs were extremely reasonable and quality was great. Definitely get your bang for a buck!
