"Darrell was very nice and professional. He was very knowledgeable and was happy to accommodate special requests about taking care around plants, flower beds and windows. He also made sure to clean all my house windows and left them sparkling. The weather was a bit of a factor and, as a result, was unable to wash my driveway and sidewalks due to a heavy downpour. He made arrangements the following week to finish. Was sort of hard to get in touch with but he made everything right and did a great job in the end."

She quoted me a fair price for initial cleaning, along with a lower price for regular on-going service. We agreed on a day and time on that first phone call. Linda arrived on time and introduced her daughter Angela who would be working with her. We walked through the house together to point out specific areas of concern to me. Then the two of them jumped right in and got to work. They worked hard and were very thorough, moving things to get behind or under furniture, dusting high up above doors and cleaning off items on my counters. They finished ahead of their estimated 3 hours and packed up promptly. The whole place looks and feels great.
