Texas Drinking Water Systems installed this water softening system on this house 10 years ago when the house was new. The have been out twice to service the equipment. This report was prompted by their last visit. I had to install a new hot water heater and in the process the plumber moved the water softener. Eventhough he claimed he knew what he was doing he managed to disable the system. I called Texas Drinking Water Systems and they came out within 3 hours. In an hour they serviced the system, corrected the problem and had the system working again.
