SK Ryker did the job exactly as quoted. They were on time and responded quickly. I will use them again when the need arises.

Received an estimate to grade my property to eliminate standing water on my gravel drive and bring in new gravel. The original estimate was $4600.63. When the job started Mr. Foster said I needed a larger size rock in the drive where the ground was not as firm. I said ok. When they started bringing in gravel for the rest of the drivel, it was very sandy and not what I expected. The final loads of gravel were ok. The south side of the building looked great but the north side just had 1 dozer path where dirt was pushed to a low area at the back of the property. It was getting late and I had to leave before they finished but Mr. Foster said it would be leveled off. The final bill was $ 6002.46. I was leaving town the next day so I paid him. When I returned a week later the job was not finished. Called him and he said they would get to it and return $375 for overcharging for a load of gravel. Never happened even after Angi tried. I am an old guy and trusted him to finish the job.

He was very polite , and engaging in the discussion of this specific job. He was consistent about his work and very professional. Was very clear with what he was doing for this grading job.

Westin sent crew out, discussed what was desired and we came to an agreement on having a swell routed and some grading done. Discussed the high spot in yard. When work was completed Westin was contacted about concerns over (same existing) high spot and crew members Michael worked a lil more on swell construction. Stated we will see how work was after first rainfall. Now instead of 1 water ponding area we have 2. Texted after first rain, Westin replied theyd come check it out. 6 weeks later (3 days ago) Westin calls, asks for me by name then hangs up. Does not answer return call nor calls back. 2stars because there isnt a 1.5 option and they did do work but obviously no guarantee of job and horrible follow up after paid in full. Now I have to hire another crew to route the swell

SK Ryker Construction was hired to grade and surface our driveway area. They were paid $6,124.06 in full. The work was â completedâ on 3/6/24 with the caveat that they had not as yet sealed the driveway and they stated they would return to do so within a few days. The weather was forecast to rain at that time, which it did within 2 days. (we had discussed this with them in regard to sealing.) This resulted in serious erosion/deterioration to the newly completed driveway. I immediately contacted the owner, Weston Foster and submitted photos of the erosion/deterioration. I was assured they would return after things dried out and they would repair the erosion and seal the driveway. They have not done so to this date OCTOBER). Periodic communications over the months have resulted in them claiming that they intend to return to make repairs but they have not done so as yet. It is now October 2024 and has been seven months. The driveway has continued to deteriorate and erode and the initial erosion that occurred 2 days after it was installed left it vulnerable to further erosion. This is not acceptable. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. They were quick coming out and starting the work and initially we were very happy with them. Mr. Foster is very polite but does not keep his word. I have photos of what happened 2 days after install and the poor end results speak for themselves.
