We used Pathway Wireless Service for about 2 years. Their speed was about half the promised speed, and deteriorated over time to even slower than a good dial up connection. My kids finally begged me to get rid of their service and go back to dial up, which I did for a few months until we were able to go with a new wireless carrier. When I would call and complain (which I did often), their representative told me that there must be a previous user who was still using their service and watching movies constantly. I never quite bought this excuse, however, because their lousy service never got better. I had two close friends who used their service and had similar experiences.
I would like to say that this was over 10 years ago when I used their service, so I would think their business must have improved over time or they would no longer be in business. Please note that I am not positive of my date of service with them, but I think the listed date is close. I must also say that this company has landline phone service and DSL in other locations in my area, and I have talked with users of this service who have no complaints with Pathway.
