Very Well. David Yount and PAQ Services are very extremely dependable, reliable, and go the extra mile to ensure that everything is great. I had new roofs put on two different houses. Many times, in working with the Insurance Companies, they only wanted to replace half of a roof. With David Yount of PAQ Services working on the job, I was able to get the entire roof, some wood siding and all of the Gutters on the house replaced. Only cost to me was the insurance deductibles. As an additional insight, after the initial work was done, we found some minor things that needed to be looked at. David was always willing to check everything out and ensure that there were not any problems. He always fixed things to our complete satisfaction. It did turn out that three years after the initial work, well after the warranty would have expired, we developed a minor leak in the roof. It was hard to track down. We have Solar Cells on the house and we thought that they may be causing an issue. It turned out that a gutter that was installed, was installed on top of the roofing and wore a spot that caused a leak. Even though it was really out of warranty, David had his folks fix the problem. I asked for a bill, but he said: "There is no charge for the roof. You have been a good customer and I want to make sure I am doing my part." David with PAQ Services was excellent and very thorough. He took care of everything for us--even going back and forth with our insurance company to make sure that we had everything we needed on our claim. His crew was amazing and finished our roof in one day and did an outstanding job. We even had neighbors come up and comment on their quality of work and how efficient they were! I would recommend this company (and have done so) to my family, friends and neighbors.

This is an excellent company. The owner David Yount sets a high standard for his crew and himself. My work was done in a timely manner. My plants were protected and they did a most amazing clean-up job. Mr. Yount worked closely with my insurance company and always explained what would be done and when and what the costs were. Mr. Yount respects and values his workmen and they seem to live up to that mutual respect standard of high quality work and honesty.

this was the best experience i ever had with a service provider. David responded promptly to all questions and concerns. he was on site most of the day our roof was replaced and was quick to resolve any issues to our satisfaction. we were concerned the vent pipe above our range might come apart so he crawled in the attic and secured it. he also thought our choice of flashing color wasnt the best for our roof color so he brought a second color the day of installation for us to see. his choice was much better. payment was not required until after installation. cleanup was extremely thorough. the roof is beautiful as are all the new vent pipes and vents. very professional crew. i highly recommend.

PAQ Services was recommended to me by a friend who had used them to replace the roof on their house.  David Yount came out quickly to provide a quote.  He was very professional and personable and it was an easy decision to use them.  It was my first experience dealing with a home insurance claim and David patiently helped me and guided me through the steps involved.  There was a delay in getting the work done due to my insurance company not cooperating, but even through the delay David was patient and helpful.  I can also say that any of his workers that I interacted with friendly and courteous as well.

My insurance claim is finished and I still have more work to do on my house.  I fully intend to use David Yount and PAQ Services for future home repairs and renovations.

David was extremely easy to work with from the beginning.  He provided a detailed estimate and was willing and able to communicate with our insurance adjuster to make sure that all repairs were being met.  It was a process but in the end we felt good in knowing that no corners were cut and we were getting a quality roof at a fair price.  David kept us up to date as to the scheduling of the roofing job along with other contracted services that were needed.  Communication between David, other contractors and us was excellent.   Workers arrived on time and the work was completed within 2 days with excellent clean up.  We are very happy with the work David and his company provided and would highly recommend PAQ Services to others needing roof repair/replacement.

Very pleased! I’ve worked with several roofers over the years and I can honestly say that PAQ Services has been the best. They’re very reasonably priced and professional. I’ve had to use them twice now and I have nothing but good things to say about them.

We appreciated the photos of hail damage done to roof, and inspecions before, during and after of roof and attic and windows and gutters.   Crews were professional. Grounds protected around home and complete clean up and hauling away of debris.  Work completed in a timely manor.  We were impressed with David Yount and his crews.
