They were very good and very thorough.  They know about the air conditioning system, and they know how to fix it.  I was told by somebody else that it had to be replaced and that is what I was looking to do.  They were able to fix the old one, so they saved me thousands of dollars.

I have been using Klund Services for 8 years both at my house and my business. They come out whenever you need them to even in the middle of the night. I can't say enough good things about them. They don't overcharge and only recomened and do what is needed.

Two other companies said our air conditioner evaporator coil and or valve was defective and would need to be replaced, one of the companies said the air handler and condenser had been contaminated by "green slime" and we would need to replace the entire system. The estimated cost to replace the coil/system was anywhere from $2700 for a new coil to over $5,000 for a new system. David Klund came and assessed the situation and within a short time had the system up and running, the receipt he gave us had incredible detail about what was done to fix the system. In short, Klund does an absolutely amazing job. I have used over 3 other A/C companies over the last 10 years, and this is the best experience I've ever had; so glad to find Klund. I will of course continue to use Klund and will recommend highly to all my friends; only wish all repair companies I dealt with were as detailed, honest and experienced as Klund!!!!

They are wonderful. I can't say enough good things about them. They come very promptly when I call and they're quick to come out in an emergency. I think their prices are very competitive as well.

Klund Services Heating and Air Conditioning did the work and that was fine. We were unhappy when we saw the bill because they mis-represented the way they charged and the bill was almost double what we thought it was going to be. When I called, they would not come down on the price and said that we had been told correctly. My husband and I don't remember it that way.

I think this company is very efficient. I have been using them for about 2 years now. The did show up on time and are very reasonable in pricing. The people that I speak with over the phone are very nice and easy to deal with. It's pretty easy to get an appointment with them.

EXCELLENT! THEY INSTALLED OUR UNITS WHEN WE BUILT 9 YRS AGO. HE HAD BEEN RECOMMENDED BY A PICKY FRIEND. DOES INCREDIBLE DUCT-WORK. TECH WAS ALSO NAMED DAVID. WAS ON TIME, VERY CLEAN AND VERY POLITE. SAID UNITS WERE STILL RUNNING PERFECTLY (1ST TIME EVER CHECKED). DID NOT TRY TO SELL ME SOMETHING I DIDN'T NEED. WE HAVE ALWAYS FOUND THEM EXTREMELY HONEST. MIGHT BE A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN SOME, BUT WE FEEL IT IS WELL WORTH THE ADDITIONAL COST. MY PICKY HUSBAND WON'T CALL ANYONE ELSE.

THE OFFICE WAS CLOSED SINCE IT WAS A SATURDAY. HOWEVER, I WAS ABLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THE OWNER ON HIS CELL PHONE. HE SAID THAT HE WAS IN THE AREA MAKING A SERVICE CALL AND HE'D RUN BY THE SHOP AND OPEN IT TO GET ME THE PART I NEEDED. NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!
