In each of these instances, Mr. Lackey displayed the utmost professionalism, timeliness of availability, and quality of service. He was always very respectful of our time constraints, even offering to return later at a more covenient time for us if needed. His fees were very reasonable, and the final charges exactly as he estimated. In several situations he made suggestions as to how he could accomplish the work we wanted done, but in an easier and less expensive manner. I always took his advice and never regretted it. His final product on each occasion of service was A+ in every way.
