Edwin came out to perform the free evaluation and was prompt and even got here a little early but called to see if that would be OK. He did his measurements on the inside of the house and then walked the outside of the house with me. He explained what he found as we went along and said that I had a slight issue but nothing that needed to be addressed at this time. He told me to keep on eye on it if there was further issues that materialized and told me what to be on the look out for.

Absolutely fantastic! Edwin and his entire staff are top notch. Edwin called me on a regular basis to keep me informed while we were waiting for the scheduled work date. When rain showed up in the forecast he called me with daily updates. In all aspects, Foundation Resolutions is an excellent choice for foundation repair.

UPDATED REVIEW: Edwin called and advised a date/time he and his crew could start work. The date/time was scheduled for the 2 day job. The crew dug the holes for the piers the 1st day, and the amount of dirt I expected to be placed around the house from the freshly dug holes, was minimal. I received a call the following morning, the crew would be back to finish the job; however hard rain later on in the early am postponed the men from completing the work. Another date/time was scheduled for the men to return. Day 2, the crew arrived on time, and went straight to work. The lifting of the house began shortly after their arrival. Edwin's crew was punctual and expedite. FR wasn't able to totally fix my foundation issue, which Edwin had stated may not occur. However, from speaking with addtl Foundation Companies in order to try to complete the Foundation Improvements, I have been informed of tasks that should have been performed or discussed w/FR. No Pre/Post Plumbing test was discussed or completed. Did not receive a copy of elevation levels prior to and after job completion. Drainage issue was not addressed, which is the main cause for the major Foundation issue on the property. Also, no mention of how to solve the major foundation issue besides just lifting the house, although FR did make a significant distance in the foundation seperation. Finally, a few comments made over the two days were unprofessional.

Edwin and his crew showed up on time and were all pros. All of my cracks and sticking doors are fixed.The house is now level.

They did exactly what they said they would do.  They did the work quickly.  They were one of the least expensive.
