Cost to replace the blower coil was approximately $900. The maintenance agreement we signed last year was around $200 for two years. It includes two tune-ups a year and a 15% discount on repairs. Also, if repairs are needed, there is no charge just for them to show up.

I will highly recommend this company. I had a an over heating unit, they saved my house from burning down, The second time I used their services, my heat had stopped working. Both occasions I called and they worked me in and came out the same day. Nate the technician, was very friendly and was able to resolve the problem quickly. The company is great in their friendly attitude, efficiency, and affordable prices. I will continue to use their services in the future.

An AireServ tech came out, examined the A/C unit and determined that condensation was forming on the outside of a duct box that was leaking through the ceiling. They recommended that we replace the metal duct box with a duct board one. I agreed and they came back out the following Monday to make the repair. After the repair was complete, they showed it to me and fully explained what they had done. I was disappointed to learn that, due to the repair, we could no longer use the longer duration 4" filters and now had to use the 1" filters that need to be replaced monthly. Not a huge deal. They also let me know that one of their techs had accidentally knocked out a light in the attic but did not offer to replace it or discount the repair. Again, not a huge deal. Immediately after they left, we realized that the house wasn't cooling as efficiently as it normally did. Granted, it was 100+ degrees outside but we had weathered TX summers in the home before and the A/C had no problem keeping up with our demanding settings (68 during the day and 65 at night). I realize that those setting are unusually low but the A/C never had a problem maintaining those temperatures before (something we loved about the house) and also it wasn't running 24/7. I reached back out to AireServ and talked to a technician who informed me that 70+ was normal for this time of year and implied that there wasn't a problem. I informed him that this was not normal for our A/C but he did not immediately offer a resolution. I went upstairs to examine the A/C myself and noticed that we were losing quite a bit of cool air so I applied some duct tape to seal up the leaks. Note that this was not an area that they worked on but I was surprised that it was not something that they informed me about. The house remained warmer so I called back, asked for a manager and had them come out to do a free airflow check. The technician did conduct the free airflow check and added some sealant to further secure the system and prevent venting of cold air into the attic. He found no additional problems. Today, my wife called me and let me know that she has come home to a warm house (82 degrees) and the A/C does not appear to be blowing cold air at all. At this point, we will be reaching out to a different A/C company to check out the system but I am disappointed that I have spent $450 and I am left with a warmer-than-usual home.

Our a/c stopped working and we called Aire Serv to come out and take a look at our system. After being told several years ago by another company that our system was on the way out, we were not surprised that Aire Serv's recommendation was to replace the system. The technician sent Josh Hackney to discuss our options for a new system. After he spent a great deal of time at our home discussing the many options and answering all of our questions, we decided to purchase our new system through their company. We made that decision based on his professionalism and the company's guarantee policy. We scheduled the installation for several days later. The crew showed up on time and were very efficient and polite. Josh was also on hand during the installation and walked us through all of the paperwork and information about our new system. It is very rare to find the kind of customer service that we received throughout the entire process. Even though this is the kind of care that all companies should display when dealing with their customers, it is sadly not always the case. We are very pleased with our new system and very pleased with Aire Serv and their employees.

It went well. The people were good. They were very courteous. They were very good. They did a good job. They told me what they did and stuff.

It was the middle of July and I knew they'd be really busy. I was really pleased with the service. It wasn't very expensive. It was just something really simple. They came about after 5:30 because I'd told them I didn't get up till 5. I looked them up on the internet.  I would tell others that I thought it was great and they should call them. He was really nice and told me what he did. I was very satisfied with him.  When I went out the driveway, they were already waiting on me. I think I am going to use him from now on instead of my usual provider.

It turned out fantastic. We'll use them from now on and we don't use anybody else. He came out on a weekend. He even waived the after hours fee. He came out and was able to fix the problem. It probably didn't take him 30-45 minutes to have it all take care of. He's a super honest guy. I've been in customer service, customer service is a big deal for me. He's very honest and does nottry to take advantage of the situation and its hard to find now a days.  I will use only him.

It was fine. It doesn't cost anything. It was just a regular service. The guy was nice. They didn't stand out.

Arrived on time. Performed work quickly.  Gave through report.  No complaints.  Met all my expectations.

They were here within a couple of hours and the house was cool by night time.  Charged exactly what they estimated.  Good experience.
