They are also currently doing work for me. I trust them inside my house and they give me recommendations first on what they would do in their own house. They gave me a lot of ideas. They did well on communication. They would text me and let me know what time they were coming. They came one time on a Saturday. They disconnected some things for me and they wanted to make sure I had water over the weekend, so they came and put in the sink on Saturday instead of making me wait till Monday.

had to reconnect from line from bathroom, going under the shower, to closet in bedroom. replaced pipes and relocated the line.  house was built in the 70's and the plumbing is very much out dated.  The plumber completed the job in a timely matter so the rest of the repairs to the walls and floor could be done.  Chris was very professional and took time to explain all that he was doing and why.  He even followed up with us after all repairs were done to the rooms to make sure all was running okay.

Called at 9:45 p.m. and was at house by 10:10p.m. He repaired and replaced parts. He did a good job.

My old hot-water heater went out had to replace it was very through.

Chris showed up on time, worked hard to get the faucet out without breaking any brick around it, he explained what and why he was doing. He showed me what was wrong, not just the washer in the faucet as I thought .
He went and got the part that was needed to fix the problem in this case a new faucet,pipe and a pressure valve.
He left the old parts with us. He was very professional and did a great job at a very reasonable price for what he had to do.
definitely will call him for future plumbing needs.

After being assaulted by and quot;Aand quot; list plumber from top of Angies search... I called 6 Sigma.... and got a reasonable price for excellent work perfromed.... I have just cancelled my subsription to AL as they reccomended me a rip off artist... 440.00 Angie and quot;aand quot; lister.... 185.00 real price... Angie's and quot;Aand quot; can apparently be purchased....

After two days of trying to unclog a toilet, I finally called 6Sigma Plumbing. They were referred by a relative in Crowley. I called and they answered right away, and within 1 1/2 hours, they were here. They assessed the situation, explained the approach they were going to take, and, upon my approval, did it. I was impressed with their professionalism, but also at the integrity of these folks. When it came time to pay, they were very reasonable. After working with these guys, I can honestly say I don't ever want to call anyone else. I will definitely call them again.
