My husband found this company on Craigs List.  He called Austin to check the company license, the BBB and the Chamber of Commerce.  The license was legitimate and there were NO complaints in Austin against this company in all the years ( as I remember it was well over 10 years) they had been in business. The person he talked to said that was amazing because since you can't please everybody "even if there is one or two complaints it wouldn't mean the company is bad". The Better Business Bureau in Austin and San Antonio had NO complaints, so we hired them, paid half and scheduled an appointment.
They came when they said they would, including a call the day before, and a call the day of the appointment to inform us that they were on their way.  They did the work. There were some unanticipated challenges with our attic that were overcome with a positive attitude.
 
At the end of the day, "Javier" asked me for a vacuum cleaner and cleaned  up the mess, we paid the remaining half of the charges,  and they left.
My daughter bought two more units for her property because of the excellent service (not to mention the price) on our recommendation.  No problem with the units there, happy customer.
We had no problem for 3 1/2 months until the first Saturday the temp was over 100degrees and steamy!!  The circuit breaker kept popping and shutting off the unit.  Cory (the owner of the company) and my husband (via telephone AND several phone calls) worked on various things to try throughout the day, it was ok for awhile.  It went out again during the night.  Cory came right over on SUNDAY morning (from Austin area), thought it was fixed.  We left late Monday (hubby had surgery) and came back late Tuesday afternoon. The breaker had shut off again and we opened the door to a wall of heat(90 degrees in the house)!  Cory sent his top tech (Javier) over first thing Wednesday morning (again from Austin!). Javier spent several hours here checking and re-checking.  It ran again until Friday at 5:45 pm (of course Friday night)
We had the breaker upgraded, replaced the wiring from the breaker to the a/c after the outage on Friday, and so far it is working fine! (As of now which is  two+ weeks later).
Cory refused to charge us for any of the trips, calls, etc., even though it turned out the problem was NOT their fault and unrelated to the unit or any of the work they did.  He was just concerned that we have A/C.  Cory absolutely (and literally) went the extra mile/s (~96 MILES EACH WAY) to be sure he had a satisfied customer.
The customer service with this company is - beyond words - amazing!  We never waited over an hour (usually within a half hour) for a call-back (even on the weekend).
How many times in your life have you had a company do that for you???!!! This is why I would recommend them to you.  I am telling you they are GOOD,  they do what they promise, and do put in a/c for $3000.00 (plus tax-of course)!

This remains to be the most amazing, ethical, and responsive company - we had a problem with the furnace and this company (Corey) returned our call immediately, sent his best tech over, ended up replacing the a/c-furnace totally that had a problem from the manufacturer/distributor-this is an absolutely above board, ethical company that goes WAY beyond the extra mile!  I still highly recommend them-it is unusual for a company to be this customer service oriented in any day and age but particularly today!
